Our Story
Asian Youth Leaders Talent Project (AYLTP) is the flagship youth program that nurtures Asia's brightest talents to become impactful future leaders.
AYLTP was founded in 2018. For nearly a decade, AYLTP operated as an invitation-only program for high-potential students from our partner institutions across Asia. In 2027, after nine years of invitation-only excellence, we are opening our doors to the public for the first time. Why now? Because we believe the world needs more leaders who understand Asia — not from a distance, but up close.
Asia is the world's most important leadership classroom. Home to the world's fastest-growing economies and the world's oldest civilizations, Asia is where the future is being shaped. Understanding Asia — its history, its cultures, its challenges, its ambitions — is essential for any future leader.
So we are opening AYLTP to exceptional applicants from across the world — while keeping everything else the same: the rigor, the selectivity, the transformation.

Site-Based Learning – Learn where history is being made — from bustling global cities to sacred cultural landmarks, from centers of innovation to ancient streets.
