Fees Description​

The fees are charged per participant.

The Application Fee is a processing fee for application.

The Program Fee covers:​
- opening ceremony, awards ceremony, closing ceremony
- lesson, industry visit, cultural workshop, on-site learning, study tour
- team bonding session, leadership seminar
- brainstorming session, final assessment session
- 4 nights' accommodation
- 4 days' breakfast, 3 days' lunch
- local transportation for program activities
- teaching and administrative materials
The fee excludes air tickets, visa fee (if applicable), travel insurance and all personal expenses. ​​​

Payment Method​

Online Payment or Bank Transfer: Upon receipt of the application, payment methods will be sent to the applicant via email. If you do not receive the email, please contact our Admissions Officer at admissions@ayltp.com for assistance.

Refund Policy

The Application Fee will be refunded if the Selection Committee rejects the application. Otherwise, the Application Fee is non-refundable.

For withdrawals made 45 days or more before the program start date (exclude day 45, UTC+8 Time Zone) with a valid reason, 50% of the program fee will be refunded. The program fee is non-refundable if the participant withdraws within 45 days of the program start date.
Kindly note the receiving bank may deduct an administrative fee from the refund amount.
