AYLTP 2027 Spring Cohort - Information
Visa

Participants must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity.

Citizens of certain countries require a visa to visit Japan.

Participants are responsible for applying and obtaining their own visas, if applicable.

Transportation
Participants need to arrange their own arrival and departure to/from Tokyo International Airports. Haneda Airport is recommended as it is closer to the city than Narita Airport. Local transportation will be provided between program sessions.
Accommodation
4 nights' accommodation will be arranged for all participants. Rooms are on a twin-sharing basis. If you reach Japan before the program or you want to make an extension after the program, you will need to make your own hotel arrangements.

Food
4 breakfasts (Day 2, 3, 4, 5) and 3 lunches (Day 2, 3, 4) will be provided for all participants. For meals not covered, participants can dine at the canteen, food hall, or restaurants in the city or hotel.

Itinerary
The program itinerary may be subject to change. Participants will receive a detailed handbook 2 weeks before the program starts.

Travel Insurance
All participants are required to purchase travel insurance before arriving in Japan. The travel insurance should cover, but not be limited to:

Lost or Damaged Luggage

Sudden Trip Cancellation

Personal Accident Coverage

Medical Expenses and Emergency

Travel Delay not caused by you (including natural disasters)
